The price depends on the number of shareholders of your company. All plans include the full range of features — share register, ownership band, general meeting, documents, shareholder portal and organisation check.

For companies with 3 to 10 shareholders.

Articles of association service

from CHF 1'900.– / one-off

A service, not software — with the partner notary's office OBT AG and a fiduciary.

  • Review of the existing articles of association
  • Adaptation to the revised law (incl. Art. 701d, 699a CO)
  • Preparation of the GM resolution
  • Public deed by the partner notary's office OBT AG
  • Filing with the commercial register

All figures are indicative prices in Swiss francs, exclusive of value added tax. For the articles of association service, notary and commercial register fees are added; the final price depends on the scope of the adaptation and is quoted before the order is placed. Contract term of the register plans: one year, renewable each time; at the end of the contract you receive the complete data export.

More than 20 shareholders or several companies? DME Register is deliberately designed for small companies. For constellations outside this scope, we will tell you openly whether we are the right solution — ask us.
